Our ISP had a hardware failure and restored our site from their backup. Now when anyone edits a web page and then clicks "Publish", they see the message: "You can't edit this page now because you are already editing it on another computer. Click here to make this page editable." They can click to make the page editable and all seems to go back to normal. But this happens every time anyone tries to edit a page which is annoying and frustrating for the users. There is no lock file that needs to be deleted (I see it being created and removed as expected) and the edits are saved.
I have deleted the _notes and _bak folders from one folder on the web site and that didn't change anything. I have also deleted and re-created connections and that also didn't make a difference.
What do we (or our ISP) need to do to make this message go away?
Thanks.
