Access Denied

User is getting access denied message. The connection to server is successful. User has chosen to edit webpage. User makes changes t
o webpage. User then clicks the publish button and gets access denied message. File doesn't exist for does not have permission. I ha
ve tried to have user settings for user as both administrator and publisher of website. User has file permissions. User can create,
modify, copy, and delete all files in the directory where the document is that she wants to publish.
