Viewing noscript content

Does anyone know if there's an option in Contribute 3 to stop<noscript> content from showing?

I have a check for JavaScript enabled browsers on the Home Pages of my websites which is not necessary for Contribute 3 users to see.

In Dreamweaver I just select 'View' and ensure 'Noscript Content' is not ticked.
