"contribute has diasbled your connection"

I keep recieving this error message when trying to connect to my homepage:
"contribute has disabled you connection to this website because an unknown error has occurred. For more information contact this website's adminstrator."
I am the websites administrator or at least I am the only person accessing and editing this webpage this webpage.

Please help.
