Edited Images not Published

I edited my images from my web page using Photoshop CS5 (using control click, edit in Photoshop), saved them and when I was finished, I published the draft and the images were in their pre-edited stage.  It worked when I did just one image on a page but this time I edited 6.  I tried various times to publish the draft but had the same result.  My versiond of Contribute is CS5.
