ISP has moved servers, now cannot connect through firewall but can at home.

Hi,

Recently our ISP has moved servers to a Gentoo box with Apache webserver and
sftp ftp server for Gentoo.

Contribute 3 stopped working, but it's not a simple as a misconfiguration on
the new server as it looks like at first, because you can edit the site at
my home using the same Tablet PC that fails at work, so it seems that our
corporate firewall (Symantec Sygate) and the new host don't seem to be
communicating properly.

Any advice greatfully received, our ISP and Firewall support guys are
helpful blokes so if a change is needed at their and/or our end it will be
no problem.
