One of our clients access Adobe Contribute CS3 via a Terminal Server and has recently started having problems where the connection settings for the websites she manages are randomly disapearing.
We've provided her a script in the mean time that she can run whenever it happens to put the connections back in, but would like to find out exactly why this is happening.
We use roaming profiles so was wondering if it could be linked to the location where it stores the connection information... however no Adobe articles provide this.
Has anyone else had this in the past, or able to provide information on where this data is stored?
