In administration, I've set up, for the publisher role:
Allow users to apply styles:
[CHECKED] Include HTML heading styles (<h1>,...) in the style menu
[CHECKED] Include CSS Styles in the style menu
Then bullet checked for - Show only CSS Styles included in the CSS File
The site was developed in Dreamweaver. Contribute is being used for content management
The CSS file selected above has style rules for all 6 Heading Tags (H1,H2,etc) and the relevant subset of the site's styles that the users require.
On the site when a publisher accesses a page, Heading 1, Heading 2 are missing from the style menu. Only the styles defined in the CSS file are present.
I've tried Adobe support, which is abysmal and even worse than abysmal for Contribute support. Once you get someone, it seems like they just read the manual to you and offer no help whatsoever, except to tell me over and over what the setting should be even though I say that's what it is. I gave up when They asked me to have the user de-install and re-install Contribute!?!? Yikes! I thought he was joking!
Anyway, Has anyone ran into this problem and have a resolution?
