Problem opening Ms Word Office XP

Hi all,

One of our users is using Macromedia Contribute 3 on Win XP with Office XP.
Any time she tries to open Word, the dialog box pups up with the following:
“The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package ‘Macromedia Contribute 3_1.msi’ in the box below”.

I search on the hard drive for ‘Macromedia Contribute 3_1.msi’, but the file was not found.
