Lock Icon

In the program I have, i am the publisher. Now I want to edit a frame but then it's written: " you can't perform this operation in this page now because "XY" is currently edition or reviewing it." My problem it that XY has cancelled the program from her computer and I can't edit the page. I searched for cancelling her as user but I didn't find it. Could someone help me... Thank you very much.
