How do you upload files with Contribute?

I'm new to Contribute 4, just downloaded the 30-day trial. (I had been using Frontpage)

Anyway, I have been able to edit my pages just fine, but how do I upload additional files, using Contribute? I see where you can "Insert a video or picture", but what if I wanted to upload a bunch of whatever other kind of files from my PC to my website?

And how do you copy or move a file from one folder to another with Contribute?

Sorry for such basic questions, but I can't figure it out!
