Java Script Errors

All the sudden lately in my Contribute 3 I have been getting these weird error messages. First of all when I open Contriubte now it does not go to my index page like it used to. It now goes to this address "about:startpage". I can select the index or other pages and it comes up. When I click on the EDIT button and start to edit I get weird errors depending on what I am doing. If I try to copy text I get the following message:

• "While executing DWMenu_Edit_Copy command in ccmenus.xml. the following JavaScript error(s) occured: TypeError: MM.event has no properties."

I click on OK but it doesn't allow me to copy. Then if I want to PASTE text from somewhere else I get the following message:

• "While executing DWMenu_edit_Paste command in ccmenus.xml. the following JavaScript error(s) occured: TypeError: MM.event has no properties."

When I go to PUBLISH a page I get the following errors in this order. If I hit OK for each error, it still does PUBLISH.

1. While executing onLoadin Date_beforeSave.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: In file ""Date_beforeSave"": ReferenceError: beforeSave is not defined
2. While executing onLoadin Date_beforeSave.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: In file ""Date_beforeSave"": ReferenceError: beforeSave is not defined
3. While executing onLoadin _afterSave.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: In file ""_afterSave"": ReferenceError: afterSave is not defined
4. While executing onLoadin _afterSave.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: In file ""_afterSave"": ReferenceError: afterSave is not defined

Once I hit OK all four times, it does PUBLISH, but since I can't make all my changes or have to re-type everything, it still is nuts.

This is driving me nuts. I can't do barely any editing without getting some type of error message. It has caused some other issues as well. Does anyone know what file has become corrupted or what could be causing this?

Also, just as an aside, it won't let me Bold, Underline or any kind of text stuff like that. This is crazy.
