I setup a new site connection and it connects to the site fine. However, it defaults to index.html. We don't have an index.html. Our start page is default.asp. If I specify the URL/default.asp, it just ignores the page I type and selects index.html. So, I end up with a page not found every time I connect. I can then browse to the correct page to work on but this is annoying. Any suggestions?
