Edits in CS3 don't show up when published

I'm having a problem with Editing Publishing, seems to have started recently (last few weeks).

I'll Edit a page using CS3, adding text or images, then after publishing, the new material doesn't show up.

When I go back in to Edit mode I can see the image or text I added.

Here's an example -

This is my page during editing, you can see I added the copyright symbol and Joe Wood

any ideas about this issue and what I can do?? Sometimes the Edits will take place after I re-edit and publish it a few times.
