Can't connect to CPS admin

I just installed CPS 1.11 (trial version), using the Simple install route. However, when I try to open the Admin panel to configure it (https://localhost:8900/contribute/admin/server.cfm/), it gives me the error that follows. Any help to get this up and going would be appreciated, as I am trying to evaluate this for use on our campus.
