update invisible div

Hello

I have this html page with

<div style='display:none;'>

<!-- InstanceBeginEditable name="page title" --><!-- InstanceEndEditable -->

</div>

in Contribute the user cannot see and edit the above area. I am assuming it is because it is hiden. Is there a away for the user to see it and edit it?
