When trying to upload a Word document and then convert it to PDF using the Insert option, the following message appears:
PDF maker cannot locate the Adobe PDF Printer Driver. Please reinstall Adobe Acrobat elements
(This may not be the exact wording - I'm writing this on behalf of someone else and am relaying information they've passed to me.)
Please could someone tell us what's the next step? Is the relevant item on the Contribute disc or do we need to download a new version of Acrobat Reader? They don't have Acrobat Pro, btw.
The version of Word being used is 2003 on Windows XP; the version of Contribute is CS6.
