I feel lucky after reading some of the recent posts. I ordered a product from them on-line three weeks ago and when it never showed up, it took me 30 min. to get a response from a human body. Of course I had to call back on the sales number in order to get any customer service (Oooppps, no customer service number????? Hhhmmmmnnn?????????? It took them another 30 min. to figure out they had placed their order incorrectly and it never shipped (Thank you, Adobe, technical leaders that you are, for the head's up on that one) Support is out of the question. While waiting for my software (who ships software anymore?), I tried their tech support number for three days straight, waited about 30 min. each time with background music and then pooopff, dropped call. Good luck to anyone who needs real help from these guys. They remind me of AOL and what they did to shield themselves from their clients. No software co., no matter how good they are, delivers this kind treatment to paying customers. How many software programs do you have on your PC which update as much as Adobe does? They're invasive, non-supportive, and dinosaurs in the 21st Century. My heart goes out to anyone who has to suffer with Adobe support.
