Using Contribute 3 with CPS. Our users update their pages at
least once per week. Occasionally, they will lock and I will have
to delete the .lck file so that they can edit again. Sometimes when
I do this, if the user goes back into Contribute and attempts to
click the edit button, nothing happens - no error, no edit screen.
If the user goes to a different machine and logs in with his
credentials, everything works fine. If I uninstall/reinstall the
app, everything will work. Is there another way to solve this
without spending the time uninstallint/reinstalling? I tried
deleting the connection key and recreating it, but that didn't seem
to help.
