Hello - I have a Contribute Administrator using Contribute CS5 and Windows 7. She is using a Virtual Desktop Environment. She is trying to send connection keys to her users via email and when she gets to the point where it's generating the email with the key attached, she gets
"Contribute cannot find your e-mail application. Please click Back and save the connection key to your local machine, then attach the file from within your e-mail application."
Obviously, she would prefer to not have to do this every time.
I had her do this check to make sure Outlook was her default email application:
http://email.about.com/od/outlooktips/qt/How_to_Make_Outlook_Your_Defa ult_Email_Program.htm
She set it as the directions instructed, reboot and is still getting the same message. I even had her test clicking n email link on a Web page and had no problem doing that. Outlook opened fine.
Any thoughts as to why this is happening?
I have a similar Virtual Desktop environment as hers, tested it there and did not get the error message about my e-mail application.
Thanks for your time - Lainie
