I am getting this error when I click on the Page Properties
button: "All of this page's properties are locked by a template, so
you can't edit them."
When I look at the template in Dreamweaver they don't appear to be locked and when I compare the template to a template from another site (that doesn't have this problem in Contribute) they are identical.
What am I missing?
