Transfer Contribute to new laptop

I purchased Contribute CS3 as a download. My laptop that it is loaded on is on its way out. I have a new laptop that I want to transfer it onto, but don't know how without an actual disk. The technical support on adobe's site does not function. Can anyone give me any tips?
